  • Reference: Academic reference from teacher or counselor
  • Predicted Grades: Based on school assessments. UK uses A-levels (A*, A, B, C)
  • Offers: Conditional (based on exam results) or unconditional. Accept 2: firm + insurance choice
  • Clearing: August — unfilled places offered to students who didn't meet conditions
