⚠️ Tips

  • Rent agreement: 11-month lock-in period standard. Registered agreement recommended.
  • Society rules: Gated communities have rules (visitors, parties, pets). RWA (Resident Welfare Association).
  • Bachelors: Many landlords prefer families. "Family only" listings common. Be prepared.
  • Utilities: Electricity (₹1,000-₹3,000), Water (₹200-₹500), Internet (₹500-₹1,000). Not included in rent.
