Mesa Royalty Trust Announces Earnings for July 2023

Mesa Royalty Trust (NYSE: MTR) announced today that it has reported distributable net profits of $108,024 for the month of July 2023. This represents a decrease of 40% from the distributable net profits of $180,046 reported for the same month in 2022.

 

The Decrease in Distributable Net Profits

The decrease in distributable net profits for July 2023 was primarily due to a decrease in production from the Trust’s oil and gas properties. Production from the Trust’s properties decreased by 20% in July 2023 compared to the same month in 2022.
